The Unicorn Cooks: Instant Pot Chicken Pot Pie Rustic Style [Video Recipe]

Renée is a passionate foodie and enjoys cooking in her free time. Ingredients List:

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 yellow potatoes, peeled and diced into cubes
  • 3 chicken thighs, trimmed and cut into chunks
  • 3 cups of assorted veggies, frozen or fresh
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp herbs de provence
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 cups of chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup cold milk mixed with 2 tbsps of cornstarch (until dissolved)
  • 1 package of pie crust dough
  • 1 egg scrambled for the egg wash
  • salt and pepper to taste
